We look after Contract preparation and review, undertake all necessary searches, communicate with lenders as required, keep you updated, and look after the settlement process for you. 

Wiils and Estate Planning

Planning for the end of one's life is something that most of us shy away from. At VJB Law, we encourage our clients to be active in planning their Estate documents. Whether updating an existing Will or planning a new Will, we will assist in drafting and executing documents as needed.

Family Law

Dealing with Family Law children and property matters can be complex. VJB Law offers a compassionate approach to navigate the legal complexities of relationship breakdown. As a NSW legal Aid Family Law Panel Member, we provide professional legal services for clients who are eligible for Legal Aid assistance. Meet the team

Our Principal Solicitor is Colin Heterick. Having moved to Inverell in mid 2022, Colin has had the opportunity to provide professional legal services for his clients in the Inverell and surrounding areas working with other local Firms. Colin has now taken the opportunity to start up VJB Law with the aim to continue helping members of the Inverell community, and extended NSW communities, with their conveyance, wills, estate, and family law matters.
